Agronomy Faculty
rules the activity amidst 490 students in Agronomy, Genetics and Selection
of Agriculture Plants. 401 students embracing 262 on the state grants and 139
on the contract attend the Agronomy faculty. 89 students entailing 62 on
the state grants and 27 on the contract study at the Genetics and
Selection of Agriculture Plants Faculty. The Faculty allies 5 chairs such
as Land Cultivation and Agriculture Melioration, Plant Cultivation, Cotton
Growing, Selection and Genetics as well as History of Uzbekistan and Culture
Science. 40 teachers covering 5 professors, Doctors of science, 21
associate professors, candidates of Science, 3 senior teachers, candidates
of science and 10 assistants are employed at the foregoing chairs. Amidst
the teachers there are two honored agriculture employees and one honored
public education employee.
