Silkworm Breeding Faculty
rules the training process alongside ethical activity amidst 174 students
taught for Silkworm Breeding and Professional
Training at Rural Schools. At the Silkworm Breeding
the whole number of students comes to 151 including 119 on the state
grants and 32 on the contract. The Professional Training has started its
operation since 1998/99 academic year and the first enrollment has equaled
to 23 students, 15 of them on the state grants and the remaining 8 of them
on the contract. The Faculty merges such chairs as Silkworm Breeding and Mulberry Growing, Languages and Physical
Training. At these chairs 31 teachers are employed. Amidst them there are
6 associate professors, candidates of science, 1 professor, Doctor of science,
9 senior teachers and 19 teachers-assistants working there.
